It’s one of my very favorite places to shoot as a Lehigh Valley family photographer, and it happens to be one of the first locations I chose for sessions when I was just starting out several years ago. Originally the site of a coal-burning iron furnace from the mid-1850s through the early 1900s, Lockridge Park showcases old wooden rail cars, a picturesque footbridge, and naturally occurring stone "frames" scattered throughout its grounds. The abundance of interesting locations at Lockridge ensures a variety of poses and backdrops for your photos. One of my personal favorites is the rail car, which provides a unique and charming setting for individuals, small groups, and families. It truly stands out and adds character to any session.
