My Wedding Philosophy
Congratulations! You’re engaged! Planning a wedding can be so many things…fun, exciting, and sometimes even stressful.
But, despite all of the days, weeks, and months of planning, your wedding day will fly by in the blink of an eye. When all is said and done what remains will be the memories in your head and the photographs from your day. And, trust me when I say you’ll want those photos to tell the story of the best day of your life from start to finish.
When my husband and I were in your shoes, that meant capturing every moment from the look on his face when he saw me in my dress for the first time to the reactions our children had when we read our vows to them to the ridiculous dance moves we had during our first dance (my husband insisted we dance to “The Way You Make Me Feel” by Michael Jackson!) to the final song of the night surrounded in a big group hug by our family and friends.
When I look back at my wedding photos I can feel all of the emotions from the day and I am so grateful and thankful I have beautiful photographs I will cherish for the rest of my life and pass down to my children and their children.
You deserve to have wedding photos you treasure forever. This is where I come in. As a wedding photographer I am dedicated to providing couples with not only a day of wedding experience that makes them feel comfortable and like rockstars. but also a gallery of gorgeous images from their wedding they will love for a lifetime.
I can’t wait to celebrate with you!

The Wedding Process
-
You’ve visited my website, peeked at my portfolio, and think I might be the wedding photographer for you! If you haven’t done so yet, complete the contact form so we can connect right away. I’ll be in touch shortly after you hit “submit” to set up a phone call so we can get to know each other and determine if we’ll be a good fit!
-
After you’ve told me all about what you're dreaming for your big day and I’ve answered all of your questions, you’ve decided I’m the woman for the job! To officially book your wedding date with me I’ll email you a virtual contract to read through and sign, as well as an invoice for your retainer fee. This secures your date so you are my only priority that day.
-
An engagement session is the first time we’ll meet in person and the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll learn more about you as a couple as we have fun shooting your engagement photos and you’ll get a glimpse into how I work behind the camera. This session will help you move past any jitters you may have so we’re all feeling comfortable with each other on the big day!
-
About a month prior to your wedding we’ll schedule a call to discuss all of the details for your event. We’ll cover everything from where and when you’re getting ready to whether you’re planning to cut a cake at your reception. I’ll make any revisions to the original timeline to include details we discuss so that you know I’ve got everything covered and ready and I’m best prepared to serve you on your wedding day.
-
It’s finally here! Let’s celebrate! Everything is planned, executed, and ready to go. I’ll be there to capture all the big moments, small moments, and all the moments in between. Let’s get this show on the road!

About a month following your wedding you’ll receive an email with the details of your photo gallery. The email will include a link to share your gallery with any family or friends you choose. Don’t worry, I know the wait can feel excruciatingly long, so keep an eye on my socials for a sneak peek or two in the days following your wedding day.
